CookieSameSiteConstantRector

Replace the "same site" magic string of Cookie with a Cookie constant

 use Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Cookie;

-$cookie = Cookie::create('name', 'value', 0, '/', null, false, true, false, 'lax');
+$cookie = Cookie::create('name', 'value', 0, '/', null, false, true, false, Cookie::SAMESITE_LAX);
