CollectionCountComparisonToIsEmptyRector

Convert collection count() comparisons against 0 or 1 to isEmpty() or isNotEmpty()

 use Illuminate\Support\Collection;

 $collection = new Collection([1, 2, 3]);
-$collection->count() > 0;
-$collection->count() === 0;
+$collection->isNotEmpty();
+$collection->isEmpty();
